Customising UI components

Good afternoon everyone can anyone please help how can I change the image of the knobs? So i do have the filmstripimage but when i load it into custom knob in hise nothing happens can anyone please help thank you.

@d-healey im not sure i just got the files from the knobman wepsite, loaded them and exported them as images
