      Hey all, not a super big problem but figured I'd ask anyway:

      When I export from hise I'm getting alias vst and component files which direct the daw to the .a file which is the plugin library. Previously when I've exported plugins they have been packaged as true .vst and .component files. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong would be greatly appreciated!

      Thanks.

        @TNTHM
        I've had the same problem in Mac.
        The only workaround I found is to right-click on the alias and click to view the original file.

        Wish I knew what it was. Probably Mac placing these types of files in a specific folder where all the other VSTs and AUs are, not a Hise issue I think.

          @Alex-Paradis when you use your plugins that do this, where do you nest the .a file? Does it need to be anywhere specific?
