Allow end user to reskin knobs via GUI

Is it possible for the knobs on a plugin to be reskinned after the plugin is compiled?
I would like to add the option in the gui to load custom knobs.

@TNTHM Not unless you give them the source code and they compile it themselves.

@TNTHM if it's vector knobs you can at least let the user change the colour of them.
