I have Intel Integrated Performance Primitives 2019.4.233 installed on my Mac, however when I go to compile HISE with IPP it cannot locate them. Do they need to be placed somewhere in the HISE source code?

@TNTHM You will install IPP directly, there is no custom installation folder for it.
Did you Enable the IPP before compiling Hise? In the latest Hise release, the IPP is disabled, you need to enable it in Projucer project file, before compiling Hise.
