Minor bug in FX modules

[ustk]

When double-clicking on the parameters to reset:

Simple Gain:
Gain => +1dB instead of 0
Delay => 1ms instead of 0
Width => 1 instead of 100
Balance => 1R instead of 0

Limiter:
Any parameter becomes crazy

Simple Reverb:
all parameters default to 100%

Harmonic Filter Monophonic:
Q Factor doesn't reset
Transpose resets to +1st

Par EQ
Gain resets to +1dB
Manipulation of the node becomes crazy (not reset related)

Chorus
All parameters to 100%

Gain Collector
All parameters to 1ms
