    Bug: Re-encode monolith wipes sample map

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Map some samples.
      • Save the sample map
      • In an empty sampler select tools >> reencode monolith from the context menu
      • Use the file browser to select the sample map
      • Click Ok

      A popup will instantly appear and say all samples were successfully converted - but it's all lies!!! What will actually happen is you will get a corrupt monolith file and a sample map looking something like this:

      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
      
      <samplemap ID="staccato" SaveMode="2" RRGroupAmount="1" MicPositions=";"/>
      

      I did this test using a sample map with 3 mic positions
