So I know that in order to prevent zipper noise we have to place the DSP in a FIX block
Now my situation is that I have the modulation in another scriptFX, and I send the modulation using global cables. And even with both networks are wrapped in a FIX block, this couldn't get a rid of the zipper noise. Might be obvious because one buffer has to be treated before the second, so they're always one buffer apart...

I have put together a little simulation inside one unique network that behaves the same for clarity.

      • When I simulate the separated networks by placing the modulation and the FX in separate FIX block the zipper noise is present.

      • When I place both in the same FIX block (like it would be when everything is in the same unique network) the zipper noise disappears.

So how could one prevent zipper effect with separated network modulation?
