Assign EQ Bands to Seperate Sliders?

Hi :)

So, I'm trying to create a channel EQ using the parametric one. I have created three different bands controlling different frequencies and along with that, three different knobs intended for adjusting their gain. How would I go about assigning these bands to the knobs?
