Windows Directories with "&"

Had a project in a subfolder called "Virtual Instruments & Samples" and was running into vague compile errors on Windows.

Looks like certain characters break the .bat script and it fails to resolve the filepath. not a big deal, moving the project fixed it

Just a heads up in case someone else runs into ambiguous compile errors that just say "check the console output"
