Is there a setting to open the custom workspace by default?

I had a good poke around, I found out how to set the workspace but making it automatic and making it stick is proving a bit tricky. I'll leave it for now and might come back to it.

@Simon @d-healey Don't know if it'll help but since I am using a multi monitor setup I use a customised View/Add floating window and it's opening automatically
