Piano samples - sustained ?

I need a piano samples recorded so that the pedal (sustain) was pressed on the original piano.

I believe that the great work is also important as a non-commercial GPL project.

theres a bazillion free open source pianos of all sorts at PianoBook, I imagine if they felt recorded pedal was a requirement you would find some there.
