velocity - the green line

when we play, we see the green line in the sampler that are higher if we play loudly and lower if we play quietly.
Velocity modulator has no effect on their "sensitivity"
Can we adjust this parameter? How high or low will the visible line be?

I hope this is an understandable question.
At first I thought that the velocity modulator would affect it.. but it doesn't.
The sensitivity is still the same, only the volume changes.
