About panel that loads text from a text or html file

Hey guys,
I am trying to make a nice popup when pressing on a button, that would display some information about the instrument (producer, designer, etc.).
I know of the About floating panel, but it doesn't seem to be editable and the info it displays is kind of irrelevant to what I want to display.

Is there a way to load an external HTML or text file that can be stylized with a panel? And if so, how would I go about it?
