split frequence problem

hello I was playing with scriptnode and frequency split 4 template. really interesting. now I created a kind of fxmultiband plugin based on scriptnode but the sound doesn't come out well. For example, I play a song in my DAW and put the plugin on my master. there is a difference in sound between the plugin on and off. we hear the filtered sound and if I move the frequency bands we also hear something like "phasing". is this normal? I suppose that the Linkwitz filters do not allow a perfect split?
