Apache License 2.0 or MIT licensed sound generator

Can I use samples created with a sound generator under the Apache License 2.0 or MIT license to create a GPL 3 sample-based musical instrument?

@Robert-Puza Yes (assuming it doesn't use samples) - but don't release the samples under GPLv3 because that license isn't suitable for audio files (neither is Apache or MIT). You should use a Creative Commons license for the samples.
