      Hello Hise community,

I need a mono Faust node for a mid/side effect. But when I want to create it, it only says ‘Faust node channel mismatch. expected channels: 2’. I have set the ‘CompileChannelAmount’ of the network to 1 and switched on ‘Support mono FX’ in the settings.

Maybe there is another way and you can somehow get the stereo FAUST node to work within mid/side. I have tried various things including the routing matrix but have had no success. As long as I have the stereo Faust node inside mid/side the compiled plugin does nothing.

Can someone point me in the right direction? Many thanks in advance.

@Consint I got it right. I compiled the entire mid/side dsp network including the Faust node. This gave me not only the compiled mid/side network but also the compiled mono faust node.
