Install HISE 4 on Apple M3

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to install HISE 4.0.0 on a Mac with an Apple M3 processor (Sonoma) and I need to know:

• Which version of Xcode is required for this
• What other libraries and dependencies are needed to compile the plugins
• If I also need Visual Studio, and if so, which version is recommended

@pelle the latest everything for the latest commit.

Pull the latest develop commit that passes the build tests on github.

All the instructions for building it are on the github page.

Visual Studio is only needed on Windows
