Gain LFO and Pitch LFO doesn't works on compiling VST but works in the Standalone

Hello Everyone,
I am having some troubles with the Gain LFO and Pitch LFO (Global Modulator Container), Actually it they doesn't work when I compile an FX plugin but works in the Standalone. I went through all the posts related to effects not working on compiling a FX plugin I also added the "ENABLE_ALL_PEAK_METERS=1" in all the OS formats but it still doesn't work after compiling a VST (FX plugin ) I would really appreciate if someone can help me here.
