Looking for help on customizing preset browser
-
Hey everyone!
I'm looking for some help or someone to hire on customizing the built-in HISE preset browser. Here's a sketch of what I'm looking to achieve.
Each soundbank will have an image for selected/not-selected/hover state. And the category/preset name to also have selected/not-selected/hover state.
The browser will be static within the plugin UI (so no opening or closing).
Would anyone be interested for hire to code this preset browser? Or any guidance would be really helpful!
Thank you in advance. I've learned so much from everyone here in the forum.

Got an example?

@d-healey Hey! First off, just wanted to say thank you for all the HISE content. You taught me everything I needed to get started in HISE.
And Yes it would essentially look like this (just put some random images in place).
Basically - each bank will have the ability to have 3 assignable images (for selected/not-selected/hover state). Mainly just for UX, nothing more. But final preset browser would look like that. Basically stripping back all the controls of default HISE browser (no save, search, add, etc...) and turning it into a static element within the plugins UI.

@stmpn An these images will be in the project's images folder?

@d-healey Yes I think they would need to be right? I think it's similar concept to your preset image video but with a twist. I'm not sure yet how all that works and still trying to figure it out.

Not necessarily. You might be downloading the images from a server or shipping them separately. But if they're in the project's images folders it makes it nice and simple. Send me the images and I'll knock something together for you.
