Sampler Target RR Group for Token Parser
-
Whenever I use the token parser for auto-mapping, the samples always end up in RR1 group, even if I first selected the x'th group and dragged them there.
Unless I have a token that specifies the RR group number, they always end up in group 1.
How to avoid this? How do I get them to be mapped to the group I dropped them in?
Also, is there a way to manually restart the token parser on selected samples? I only see the automap from metadata, but not the token parser.

@d-healey This is quite problematic because it requires you to know how you'll approach grouping before exporting the edited samples, and that's an issue as it would be easier to test it first... but how can you test if you don't have direct control over which group the samples end up in?
Also pulls a handbrake on iterating.
There's a workaround: in the token parser, select an unused token, set the type to RR group, data to custom and enter the number of the group you wish to place it in manually.
This is still an issue because it works only if you have an unused token to begin with. At least that's easy to add while exporting edited samples.

You can move them to another group after you've mapped them. It's an annoyance but not a show stopper. The table view helps a lot.
