Tooltips and Disabled Components

Does anyone know if there's a way to get disabled components to display their tooltips? I realise this is counterintuitive. Thanks as always - I appreciate everyone's help here immensely.

Figured it out - simple - best to implement in the LAF, but can simply do in a component's mouse call-back.
