This Scriptnode Ping-Pong Delay works in Hise but in Reaper, the compiled plugin causes infinite feedback sound. After compiling this to a custom network, I use it in HardcodedMasterFX container.

Any hints or any working example snippet for this?

@orange I just tried it the way you explained, also in Reaper, and everything seems to behave as expected... no infinite feedback - unless I push the feedback value and the Q values of the filters. It's the only thing that could cause an infinite loop I could think of... 🤔

@orange Do you have details about how the infinite loop happens ?

The Feedback value is set to 0.7 in the Reaper project.

I suspect the filters inside the send/receive nodes may cause an artifact though also.

Very disturbing infinite feedback sound happens. Even I set the feedback to 0.1, it still happens. It continues even the Reaper stops playing too.

OK, no I didn't get anything like that. Everything was working fine... I'll think about it but right now I don't see what could cause this...???

(FYI I'm on a very recent commit)

@orange did you try maybe compiling a simple single-lined delay to see if it's also happening?
