Dry/Wet in effect plugin

Somebody can help me with routing signal in effects plugin?
For testing purpose i created plugin with simple reverb.

I want to create two lines where each have own gain controller so finally we can mute original input and leave only signal with reverb.

Any ideas how to config routing to achive that? It's hard to debug effect plugin routing inside app.
