Hello everyone! I received a support ticket from a customer using CUBE in Mixcraft Pro Studio 9 – admittedly a DAW I hadn't heard of in over a decade. Apparently CUBE works fine while playing back in the DAW, but will go silent when mixing down the tracks in Mixcraft Pro, so it won't make any sound in the exported audio. This doesn't happen with any of the customer's other VSTs.3

I've asked the user to try adjusting the audio driver and buffer size, and neither of those changes fixed the issue. They are on Windows 10.

Does anyone have ideas for what could be causing this?

@Casey-Kolb I was getting tickets for crashing issues in Mixcraft before.

I contacted to the developer and sent the crashing plugins, then they updated their code. After the update, I haven't heard any issues from that DAW for 2 years. Maybe you should contact to them, it is a very specific thing and hard to tell what it is.
