delay problem
-
@yall If you make a snippet that uses a sinewave gen (or similar) then we can hear what you are hearing. If you use the audio loop player we can't hear what you do because we don't have your audio files.
-
@d-healey I juiste took a random sample to try. but in Hise everything works perfectly. It is once the plugin is compiled that there is a problem.
try to compile my snippet if you have time.
I replaced the delay with a reverb (to check if the problem came from me). the vst compiled with a reverb works. So I deduce that the wet mod of the delay has a big problem -

Have you tried it as a standalone app instead of a plugin?
-
@d-healey no but I will try now with a sample.
-
@d-healey I just compiled standalone and vst instrument.
both work perfectly without bug.
same compilation for FX plugin = problem. -

@yall I think it could be specifically because you're using it as an FX plugin. Maybe try the scriptnode delay instead.
-
@d-healey I am using the latest develop version and there is no delay already built and I have no serious database in scriptnode. :(

I don't think it's possible to have audio source inside an FX plugin, you have the LoopPlayer, that might be the problem
-
@ulrik
I also said that to myself. so I deleted it ... but still the same problem -
@yall works only in scriptnode

@ulrik anyway i don't need any audio in this fx plugin. it's just a classic delay .. I didn't put anything complicated in it. I will see with scriptnode but I don't know anything about it I should know how it works

Take a look at the documentation here Scriptnode 101.
I'll add some chapters soon.
