Installing GeneralSettings.xml with installers

Is it possible to add "GeneralSettings.xml" to an installer (For PC > Inno & For mac > Packages) and install them (or create directory before plugin opened) directly into the plugin directory?

@Steve-Mohican YES. You can wrap any file(s) with Inno SetUp.

With Inno it's simple, but I think with Packages, it needs some special scripts.
