Strange behaviour 2

If I have a knob whose default value is 0.0.

If I now change this knob and then double click on it, the value jumps back to 0.0.

So far so correct.

But unfortunately the knob reacts to a click before I can even double click.

With a click, the last value is set again.

If this was, say, 5, then the value jumps first to 5 and then to zero when I double-click.

If this knob is a volume control, something ugly happens - it becomes loud (5) and then quiet (0) with a double click.

This is annoying

Is there any way to turn this off?

You are right as usual - it is a vertical /horizontal slider
but still strange!

I'm using this for LAF at the moment because the rotary knob changes all the sliders in the modules when it's changed and you can't see or operate anything.

I still have to try out a bit more

If You Click On Anywhere Of A Horizontal/vertical Sliders, It First Jumps To That Position's Value, And Then Follows The Second Click And Resets The Value.

Use Rotary Knob For Laf, It Works Just Okey.
Take A Look At The Thread Named "ScriptSlider" It Has A Lots Of Examples.
And You Can Use Them In Rotary Laf.

This is what my Arp and every other module looks like when I change "drawRotarySlider" in the LAF.
In the gui it fits in the modules all the knobs are missing.

Wouldn't it make sense to separate the LAF for modules and gui?

@MikeB In Top Menu, Use Laf Reset Option, To Unhide them :)

or resets them all to default.

It is not a good solution

There is no separation between modules (backend) and GUI - they all use the same sliders.

And LAF changes them all

Better said LAF for the modules makes no sense because they are not published.

@MikeB Just Reset Them For The Moment You Want To Tweak The Back End.
Then Go To Front End, Hit Compile, And All Will Go Back.

Yeah This is Not The Best Solution, But It Works.

@Natan I worked like this for a while - then it got on my nerves. Now I only have
LinearSLider as LAF which works fine except for the behaviour described above.
Which brings us back to the beginning :-))

I only hope that in HISE 3.0 these many small imponderables will be eliminated.
