Try exporting as standalone and see if that has sound.

@huen97 Nope. There is no bug. At the beginning of the video the plugins is making sound (by Keyboard press). In Ableton live turn on the blue headphone icon to listen the midi notes (piano rolls).

@huen97 What irritates me about your Launchpad is that it doesn't glow?
Mine lights up like a Christmas tree when it's switched on.
