Is there a chart somewhere that shows the JUCE colour constant name alongside an example of the colour?

I guess NO. Only you can view Constant Colour value e.g

cadetblue = 0xff5f9ea0
So it will be a good approach if you make something visual things based on Constant Colour Name.
