How does one open the fabled "ModuleBrowser"?

Title says everything. I'm trying to find a list of attributes for a given object. This is already considerably harder than it needs to be, I have to say. Thanks in advance :)

@amounra In the Custom Workspace":

• Press F6 to enter customization mode
• add a tile (vertical is preferable for the module browser)
• F6 to exit
• right-click in the tile -> Misc Tools -> Module Browser
