Exported project can't find samples

I open the exported plugin or standalone and it gives me the usual popup for installing/locating samples. I point it to the ch1 files and the LinkLinux file is created and contains the correct path, but the instrument keeps asking me to locate the samples.

I also noticed HISE has generated an empty folder for the project's company in my Home folder.
