Consistent sensitivity for Sliders / Knobs (size agnostic)

At the moment, the 'sensitivity' of knobs change relative to the size of the UI elements. I'd like to have the option built in to have this normalised. So that no matter the zoom factor of the Ui or the size of the clients monitor, the sensitivity of controls can maintain consistent. Most Vsts do this already.
