Current MacOS Version?

Haven't built anything on mac since Big Sur, since I'm using a VM, should I be grabbing the latest version i can find? or would Big Sur still work fine for the latest releases (Sequioa etc)?

Ideally I won't have to download more than 1 version because bandwidth

@iamlamprey The plugins I compiled in Big Sur four years ago (arm & intel) still run without any problems.

Big Sur should work, but you'll be promoted to update anyway I would think, so if you want a newer version let the Apple updater do its thing.
