Expansion installer full dynamics

By default using the installExpansionFromPackage() function extracts the samples at 16bit. I've added a function ExpansionHandler.setInstallFullDynamics() that can be used to select either 16bit or 24bit instead. Pull request here - https://github.com/christophhart/HISE/pull/218.
