I'm trying to work out how to have a pitch bend amount on my interface that changes the value between 0 to 12.

(This is the parameter I'm trying to link..)

I tried it on a slider but I couldn't get it to work as I only have these options in the drop-down menu...

I also noticed that the pitch bend at -12 is actually 24 notes, as its set in steps, not notes. I'd like to keep the 2 octaves but hopefully change the values on whatever we link it to so it reads as 0 - 24 on the interface... if possible? I'm not sure how that would work as the knob step sizes only move in 0.01, 0.1, or 1.0 and there is no 0.5. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

You can test with a constant modulator

Knobs use the min and max values that you set

Awesome. Just added a button to toggle inverted. Works properly now. Cheers :)

I'm still slightly confused about the settings though, as when its set to +12.00st it's actually pitch bending 24 notes.

Trying to figure out how to have the knob animation so that I can make a read out on the interface that goes from 0 to 24.. and which mode and step size and frame amounts I would need. Confusing!

Ah! That worked. Thanks. The pitch wheel seems to be inverted though now on my midi controller. When I pitch it up, the pitch goes down and vice versa

Also, what would be the best mode and settings for the knob to achieve the 0 - 24 range?

Would the knobs animation have to be 24 frames too?

You may have the parameter inverted so just invert it again.

You don't need 24 frames, just set the parameter range to your prefernce. e.g.. -6 and 6 .You can't have more than -12 to +12
