How can we write logarithmic and exponential equations in setAttribute?

For logarithmic one, I have an equation like this:

`-316,2*log(x) + 622,73`

For exponential one, I have an equation like this:

`405*x^3 + 200*x^2`

For logaritmic I've tried these but they don't work. For exponentials I don't know how?
